Worst delivery company I ever had to deal with, they miss the key point of delivery business; the DELIVERY part of it This is incompetence on its highest level They do not bother to come knock on your door, but just leave a note in your mailbox so you have to go and do what they get paid for and pick up your own parcel I strongly doubt they even have your parcel with them in the van as they wont even try to deliver it Call customer support and get a BS story about why... the whole thing is a farce... DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT
