I received extremely condescending service from the Indian lady who works there when I forgot my photo ID. She could have politely turned me away, but chose to lecture and berate me instead. When we spoke to her supervisor about this, he got defensive in a strangely personal way. Considering the value of the items they're entrusted with, vault staff should be professional and impartial. That they are not is worrying.

The place where you go to store your valuables. Tucked away in the basement of the building with almost no sign and direction. THe only sign it has is the one on its door. Even the door is quite small. Staff members are professional.
