I ordered a case of wine as a gift. They delivered it to a completely different address that I had removed from my account, and not entered on the order... That of my ex-boyfriend. Miraculously, they got notified of the error. They then dispatched it to the correct giftee address, but didn't include the gift note. So the gift recipient calls up asking why they have received a mystery case of wine, only to be told it should have gone to the other address and they have mistakenly received it. A week later, they are told that in fact they are the correct recipient and that I am the sender. A month after I ordered originally. What a complete shambles of a company.

Friendly staff with excellent knowledge and access to some of the best product around. I really like that you won't find their wines on the supermarket shelves!! Great customer service! They give you a personal wine advisor who talk you through which wine would suit your taste best. AND my wine was delivered so quickly!
If you ever provide NZ Wine Society with your phone number they will call you non stop. A number of times I have asked not to call me again but it hasn't worked so far. Can't block them because they call from various numbers. Once sales person called me and said they have a "special" deal just "tailored for me", when I asked more details about this special deal he said to look up online on their site lol
Meth, Meth Meth! This company is full of meth.... If you want to score some call their 0800 number and ask for Zelda Walthew(Greenda Isaac in below reviews) or Shane Volkov. If you need their contact details ask for Shian Latu their HR she is supportive of this in their company including their side company Vine Online and Countdown/Woolworhts NZ..... This review is very accurate and true to correct the response from the manager(below) not the owner.
Ok at wines, range and price. But they will HOUND you. Phone calls. Email. Snail mail post, everything under the sun. They are the worst kind of company if you value your privacy. They are an absolute scourge - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS. You WILL regret it. Terrible company.
