We engaged the Niche team for demolition and a complete high-end rebuild of our apartment interior, within a listed heritage building. Our project involved a very bespoke design, and a number of challenges came up along the way - from incorrect architect's drawings to Council queries. Jono and the team stepped up and did an amazing job of resolving every issue. We have very high standards and the Niche team were committed to doing the best possible work. We got very good value for money from the project management as well as the building work, and would definitely use Niche again in future.
