Nigel and his team were extremely professional and friendly. I had all 4 wisdom teeth out without any pain or issues that followed. The follow up after the surgery was great, and Nigel happily spoke to me on the phone 2 months after I had them about to talk about a question I had. Highly recommend.

Give you a feeling of welcoming and honesty by the whole team, offer you valuable information as well as being caring about making sure you are comfortable and asking if you have any questions that they are more than happy to answer. Beautiful decor makes you feel at ease and when you are going through the surgery just the fact that they put a blanket over you to make you feel comfortable is another wow factor that they provide. Follow up after the surgery is also great. Highly recommend.

My husband had all four of his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nigel Parr a few years ago and strongly recommended me to see Dr. Nigel for mine. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed yesterday, and the Nigel's team was very professional, and took good care of me. For someone who barely needed to see a dentist apart from annual cleaning and check up, Dr. Nigel did a great job explaining the procedure and his team explained to me well of how to take care , before and after the procedure. From my point of view, the procedure was carried out prefectly and with minimal impact, i was able to eat for dinner, and back to work for the following day (not that i had an option). It was a bit swallon as expected, but i wasn't expecting it to heal this quickly. The receptionists were fridenly and informative, 5 stars for the team. )

I felt he was oppressive, not that experienced and biased. His front desk staff are professional so I gave 2 stars for their services. I do not recommend.

He was unable to assist with my problem. Every surgeon/doc has their strengths and weaknesses but you should be told upfront in the beginning and not led to believe that they can assist when they can't. Time is an important factor for some.
