Scott and the team at Ninety 45 completed an extensive renovation of our villa in Epsom. Right from the start we were impressed with Scott and the team's professionalism, experience and knowledge during our year long renovation. Communication was really clear at all times and we really appreciated the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail from the team. Our renovation was an enjoyable process and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ninety 45 or using them again in the future.

Ninety45 was one of three builders we invited to tender for the complete renovation and extension of our Mt Eden villa. From the moment we met Scott, we were put at ease with his professionalism. His guidance through what was our first renovation project - a daunting task - was invaluable He is a great communicator. He worked very well our architect and engineer and the council to get the project completed on time. He and his team suggested several changes along the process which we believe delivered a better outcome. Our project was the first that our architect and Scott had worked together on, and our architect has gone on to recommend Scott to several of his clients - a testament to the quality of Scotts work. His team of carpenters, and sub contractors were fantastic. We could not fault their workmanship If you are thinking about a high end new build or renovation, you should definitely talk to Scott and his team.
Scott and his team did a fantastic job building a oversized garage, retaining walls, pool and surrounds. Always easy to work with and had very good sub contractors. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott and use again for our future projects.
We've worked with Scott, Rochelle and their team a number of times on some very complex projects. They are incredibly professional with clear communication. The projects always seem to be well under control no matter what issues are confronting them (as is always the case in high end builds). I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a quality build in Auckland.
We worked with Scott and his team in 2018. They did an outstanding job for us on the renovation of our apartment and extensive work done on our deck in St Heliers. It was a significant job, a complete redesign, as every wall that could be removed was! Scott helped us work through the unknowns that arise in any project (which you can never plan for). Scott was super professional with a great sense of humour and practicality. He made things easy at a time which can cause much anxiety and stress. His ideas and building knowledge were second to none as was the quality workmanship. We are super pleased with the overall result and loving the new apartment and deck. Scott and his team are brilliant! We were in such safe hands and valued their recommendations immensely. We had an incoming baby deadline and the team worked efficiently to allow us plenty of time to get back in the house before she arrived. Highly recommend.
