Worst place I've eaten in a long time!! Made a booking, they didn't take the booking down so we had to wait for 20 minutes. Ordered the food, average and beef tongue was very thick. Wouldn't order again the food again. Three quarters of the way through my meal they persistently tried to make me move even though I only had a bit to go, this was due to them messing up my booking. We still had food coming so I told them to take away the food and refund me the soup so I can make space for the next group. They would not refund me the food so I left. Ive never dealt with such a low level Japanese restaurant with such rude staff as well as the owner who was there. Maybe that's what happens when you don't have a Japanese running a Japanese restaurant. Really disappointing as I've been to Japan and this is so beyond that. Would never visit again. Steve

Really enjoyed my meal here tonight. It's nice that you can just order what you want whenever you want on the tablet and it comes out when it's ready. The food was delicious and there were heaps of vegetarian options My only complaint was that the tables are really close together so it was hard to get out of my seat without bothering the diners next to me, but I probs should just lose some weight Will definitely be coming back!

Like the way how you have an ipad on your table and keep ordering when ever you feel like it without waiting for anyone to take your order. Food was nice. Price ok, not expensive as other Japanese restaurants. Would rate it 8/10. Thanks

This place has been our all time family's fav Japanese restaurant in Auckland. We been keep going back and bring friends there every time we feel like Japanese food. Good selection of dishes, reasonable price (before they increased their price recently), easy parking, and food are fresh and tasty

Great place. The food is quite good quality. The miso dengaku and the Katsu range are great. Orders are all done through a tablet at your table. Click what you want and the quantity, and it comes to your table minutes later by staff. Not a massive place and a little bit hot inside today but good for a meal!
