Excellent customer service! I have been dealing with Logan about late courier deliveries with 2 of my items i purchased online which happened to come from their Christchurch stock. I live in a small town and they did not meet their 5 day delivery promise, so without any hesitation Logan refunded me the delivery fees and we have worked out a better route for my future purchases and the are now arriving in just 3 days! Also their pricing is second to none. EXCELLENT BUSINESS!

The worst online service ever. I bought a dumbbell set online. After few days, I didn’t get any responses when my order could be collected. I emailed them. The next day I got their response that my order ready to be picked up. I went to the store. Surprisingly the order had not ready yet. Waiting for almost 30 minutes, and no found the stuff. The staff will call me when the order ready, but I didn’t get any call from them. Very unprofessional service. I then emailed the customer service for asking refund. The response came in the next day. I need to wait for 3-5 days to get the money back. Just wasting my energy and time. Never order from this company again. Wish the Torpedo7 evaluate this sort of unprofessional company. I have no idea whether these companies are one management or just joint business.
Staffs were kind but very disappointed with an order and the process. Order wasn't processed until I called after a week, part of items were out of stock although there were stocks when I ordered, wrong items were delivered and poor communication with customer service team.
Rude workers in showroom (guy named Logan) , poor quality and overly priced products.
