Big thank you to sales person Mr Sukhwinder. Without his help and professional attitude we would have left without a new microwave and left feeling pretty miffed about the poor attitude of the rest of the staff. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and we saw how helpful he was to other customers too. He deserves a big thank you from Noel Leeming head office as without him we would not go back to this store again and probably not recommend it to others.

Good parking options by the store. On the smaller side compared to other Noel Leemin stores, however it has all your essentials. They have a tech solutions area to help with all your requirements and the team are friendly and ready to engage.

Good customer service team. Very friendly happy bubbly people. Had a problem with a item took it into the papakura store it was sorted easy. Because the item was not repairable they helped me with getting it sorted. The 2 staff I want to compliment is Kayla and Jacob at the papakura store. Thank you both for making it a stress free issue. Huge thank you to you both.
