This review is for the store inside the Westfield Mall St Lukes. Handy location inside the mall. Awesome service, even for the branch manager. He was working hard and walking the queue at the cashiers on busy New Year day. Friendly service from the team. Not rushing you. Susanta was excellent and professional. Keep up the great work Team.

Noel Leeming is a useless and unhelpful company to deal with. My experience with this store specifically involved two refunds, one right after the purchase because staff didn't really know what they were doing. Another refund because stock took over a week to come from Queens Street to St Luke's, which is literally down the road, resulting in a refund The 0800 customer number who are supposed to be there to check stock level and transfer you to the store you are after are too lazy to do their job and get annoyed at you for bothering them. They're sending us from Auckland City to Pukekohe to check stock levels because "she can't do it". What is their job? Customer care. Whenever I ring a store no one ever picks up, I guess they don't want to make sales. Noel Leeming head office you should work on customer service. No one ever offers help when you are looking in store at products also.

Pretty unfriendly staff. I stood at the counter waiting for anyone (of the about 5 employees) to notice me to ask if I needed help / anything and it took a while before someone looked up at me (and even then looked annoyed). PRO TIP: Learn to smile!
