I have had cats for the last 17 years and I have never seen a vet treating my pet so well the way that Dr Chris did. He calmly talked to my cat the entire time and held her in a way that she felt very safe while he was examining her. My cat did not show any signs of fear or stress the entire time which is new for me as she can become easily scared. Dr Chris asked a lot of questions and seemed very interested in getting to know the overall health and personality of my cat. The staff at the reception was also very friendly! I am very pleased with their service and will be coming back for all my cat's needs!

Chris is one of those rare finds - a fantastic intuitive vet who seems to be able to really listen to an animals needs. Being in Mt Eden we thought they might be expensive, but we have been pleasantly surprised to find Normanby Vets very reasonably priced. Our extended family’s three cats and three dogs all love him and his team (at other vets they don’t even want to go in the door). Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Chris and the rest of the team are amazing. They care for animals while also giving amazing care. I have Pet Rats and highly recommend taking yours here if you do too. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. Thank you for being a great clinic!
My pets issues were not being resolved at another vet. Here they were confidently - and as it turned out - accurately identified and treated. An experienced vet who looks at the bigger picture. Highly recommend
Been visiting Chris for nearly five years now. Super friendly and extremely competent. The vet nurses are also great, you can tell they adore animals. Even after moving across Auckland we still go out of our way to use Chris as our regular vet. Will not consider anyone else.

The team at Normandy Road Vet Clinic are compassionate, understanding and empathetic - to pets and their owners! As pet owners, we felt very relaxed and comfortable in their waiting room despite the fact our furry buddy was under the weather! The consultation, treatment and post-op explanation was personal but professional. Would ... and have... recommended the team at Normandy Road Vet Clinic to many of my friends. For us and our furry friends, they are second to none! PS: treatment/surgical costs are extremely reasonable compared to clinics I have been to in the past.
