Called for a Taxi to take relatives back to their hotel near the airport. I was expecting a long wait but the friendly girl on the phone told me 10 minutes. The taxi was here in 8 minutes. The taxi was clean inside and out. The driver was friendly. Fantastic service. Well done.
If I could give 0 stars and still post a review I would. To call this a taxi 'service' is an absolute joke!! I had made a booking for a taxi to pick up my 92 year old dad from his rest home and drive him to the restaurant where the extended family were meeting up for Fathers Day dinner. Unfortunately he cant get into my car, as it's too low. He waited 45 minutes at the entrance but no taxi came, so he ended up having Fathers Day dinner on his own at the rest home. I may never get another chance to have Fathers Day dinner with my dad again. You people are despicable. You just dont care!!!
Pre-booked a taxi the day before for a pickup at 5.50am to take me to the Auckland Half Marathon - Birkdale to Devonport. Rang at 6am and they said no car was available, wait 10 mins to see if one arrives. Rang again at 6.10 and stillno car available. The race started at 6.50. I had to wake up my wife and two small kids to get me there for the race - I was fundraising for Starship. Shame on you North Shore Taxis.
They drive to fast are pushy in their bahaviiur one woman driving the taxi went so fast I thought we were going to crash.the only thing they've got going is their promptness
