Needed a towbar for my CX5 and they were able to book me in for the next day. Fitting was done in less than 2 hours and good to have use of a courtesy vehicle. Cheapest place I could find and customer service was good. They also have a good choice of bike racks.

At first I thought maybe it was just me, but then I was saw these guys have repetitive feedbacks about damaging customers vehicle. My new toyota went in for towbar, upon return the rear light cover was missing and they never agreed to it. The owner politely kept rejecting my claim, recently I saw they have lots of customer complaining about similar scenario online. They are cheap but at a hidden cost, go at your own risk. Edit after Owners reply : Yes, The Feedback is long delayed but its true. You will also have it in your records. Not targeting the wrong company, I contacted your company multiples times asking then telling about the cover has been misplaced but to no avail, I felt helpless, basically being told they didn't lose the cover in shop and gave up eventually. Others customers feedback in same boat prompted me to share my experience also
