I called for appoint to check the car that just got from them this January 2021, it's a brand new car. I told the lady who answers the call that the car steering when off the hands it pulling into the left whenever the road is straight. She says it normal here in New Zealand that pulling/turning into left. I said there's a weird sound under and she goes what kind of sounds, how loud then for me as zero-knowledge in terms of the mechanic car it's hard to explain. She did advice me to bring to tyre alignment in tyre repair, but this car still new. The reason for my call is to book an appointment to check up as I don't know. Made feel stress talking and explaining to her. I did repeat I'm calling to book an appointment to find out the problem. She keeps going on to find out what's the problem. She says if not manufactured problem I have to pay for the cost(I'm not disagreeing with that and why not for the sake of safety and peace of mind.
