Very disappointed with NZ Customs. They took over 10 days to release my package. Don't send anything by DHL. DHL charge for storage fee per day on every kg. I end up paying 540 for NZ Customs and DHL. Never recommend this place at all

Don't buy ANYTHING over 400 nzd overseas, my package has been stuck in this damned place for well over a week, they said they will send an invoice letter in 3 working days, but it's been 6 days and It's not even made, not sure if the concept of efficiency exists in this place
