After being mucked around by other phone repairers ie..2-5 day turnaround, 3-4 weeks to order part, and the quotes were rather mis-matched and seemed expensive. My wife found this shop in Silverdale Village. Wow! Great service..part was avaliable in store, phone was repaired in 1.5hrs, and the price was 100 less than next cheapest quote. Phone came back mint condition. I'll be using these guys again. Cheers lads

iPhone Screen Repair: (Would not use them again!) Poor quality: Screen started jumping around randomly & occasionally after day one. Did not get to drop it back straight away because of holidays and work. During that time, it was dropped on a carpet floor which resulted in 2 black dots appearing on the bottom corners. Obviously, phones do not like being dropped however this was defective from the start and due to our bad look for not going back with it straight away and our bad luck for this happening when dropped on a carpeted floor (as most screens would survive this) we are now out of pocket by 311. I understand that the shop has terms and conditions, however sometimes in business there are grey areas and by not meeting us halfway on getting it repaired or even offering some sort of discount they have lost a client and other future work as my business which provides phones to its employees will not use their service again either…very narrow minded & short sighted in my opinion and a pity as we like to support local business’s. •\tQuality: Poor •\tCustomer Service: Poor •\tValue for Money: Poor

S##t service have not had a update or any communication after a week of diagnostic, very poor customer service. Will be looking elsewhere for sure next time. Its been a week and I finally have communication. If you guys were short staffed why wasn’t I told at the time of drop off. And being informed about waiting for parts after 48 hours. Instead of being informed 168 hours later. My daughter needed this for college today. Now she has no device

Would definitely not recommend taking your device here. After being bargained into repairing the back of my iPhone 11 as well as my screen, I was met with poor workmanship. When I got given my phone back it was held together with rubber bands and masking tape as the glue was still drying and I was told I could not use it for two hours after repair. Once I took the tape and rubber bands off there was glue all over the edges of my phone and the microphone by the flashlight was just a hole exposing the inside of the phone to moisture. Almost nothing looked the same as before the repair, it was a terrible job. Went back the next day and he managed to clean the glue off but stuck an unknown material into the hole to plug it up. He also mentioned afterwards that because it is aftermarket parts “it would never look the same” which would have been useful to know before as I never would’ve gotten the job done in the first place as it has certainly devalued the resale price of my phone. Please be careful when going here.
