Highly recommend John. He did an incredibly thorough inspection on a house my mum was planning on buying and his report was fantastic. It showed a number of issues with the house which meant she did not buy it which has probably saved her hundreds of thousands of dollars. Great service.

The reports they produce really are second to none, and give you both the visual and narrative information you need to either "pull the trigger" or go back to the negotiation table. I used John initially for a pre-auction inspection and then a second time on the house we ended up purchasing. He is very thorough, and the report that is provided is extensive. There are always two inspectors in attendance and they really go over every detail with a fine tooth comb Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would use for our next place.
