Lovely staff and shop! I went in to ask about my engagement ring stone moving slightly and the jeweller was very helpful. He didn't try to get me to spend any money or do anything unnessacary - instead offered great advice, confirmed he didn't think it was an issue yet and just to come back if it got any worse. I really liked his frank honesty, will definitely be back if/when needed.

Worst customer service ever. Took 7 months to essentially change a battery in my watch. Firstly the jeweller broke the glass while changing the battery. How much pressure do you need to put on the glass to break it while doing a simple battery change. I was told the new glass would take two weeks to repair. Fast forward a whopping 6 months, YES 6 MONTHS and after numerous calls and follow ups I eventually got the watch back. The issue was...it wasn't working. Called back with the watch and was told that the workings would need to be replaced at 400, it is worth noting the workings probably got damaged due to the pressure put on it when the glass was broken. The jeweller refused to take responsibility but did say he will get another quote for me. Another month gone past and no response. Another trip to the shop to follow up and eventually the watch is ready and was told the workings just needed a clean up. I wonder if the battery was ever changed the first time.
Terrible service from dating back to 2016. The review is late because we are fixing the ring with anither jewler who actually is helping us. Had nothing but issues with my wifes ring. We went back over 6 times over the course of 2 - 3 years and the issue still hadnt been fixed. It was then blamed on my wife hitting her ring. Diamonds fell out every few months. Eventually gave up and took to a proper jeweler who has helped us and said the design was flawed. Thankfully they have helped us and we are working to rectify it properly.Would never recommend this place.

What a great place! I came to NZ Jewellers for a customised engagement ring, and Jason made it a super easy process; from answering all my questions around design and stones, to offering helpful advice. My fiancée and I went back again to buy our wedding bands, and again we experienced awesome and friendly service and a set of rings that fit our budget. I'd highly recommend Jason and NZ Jewellers!
