Conveniently located in the Smile super market. They also have post deposit box outside on the road for people's convenience to drop the letters during late hours. They also have post stamps and bags to secure your package before you send it. And the service is good with a excellent staff

I have lost a parcle when i send it from here. They did not gave me recepit as it was prepaid parcle and now there is no way to track it down. If you want to go for post office service go somewhere else.

They brought me a parcel, I didn’t hear the door and they didn’t even try to contact me. I know that’s how their system works but that’s the point, a simple call to tell me they were outside wouldn’t have hurt.

Kia Ora, Smile Supermarket is located at 22 viaduct harbour avenue, provides POSTAL SERVICES. You can send parcels and couriers within New Zealand and world wide. You can buy stamps. Please note that services like car registration, ownership change,18 card, are NOT AVAILABLE here. You won't be able to pay any bills sorry. Many Thanks.

Don't use as a post office. I bought a Saturday delivery courier bag and was told to put it in the Monday-Friday post box outside (which is wrong). I'd suggest going to the Victoria Street Post Shop instead.
