I don't see why there are so many bad reviews on this place - staff were very helpful and honestly really calm/chill. Made my posting experience fast especially since I looked here to time it when it wasn't busy (as I would recommend as it's a pretty small building and you will have to look ahead in time!) But overall, they were nice, quick and made me feel stress free! The only reason I take away a star is because of the small space, but it's not a big problem in my opinion just so long as my package gets to where it needs to be :)

Service is decent unlike I what others say. Parking is behind Library. But if you just want to drop off the courier then you can use 5 minute parking.

Post office moved to 1 McCrea way.. inside New lynn health pharmacy. Yes inside the pharmacy..small with at least 2 operating counters normal services just a bit compact

SHOCKING!!! No accountability! Delivery person dropped our parcel at the wrong address, NZ post says delivered, we produce CCTV footage showing postal worker drove past our house, no where near it....they still take no responsibility. If this was a privately owned business, they’d be out of business long ago!!
