Please update your opening hours. On google, maps, it says that you open at 8:30am but you aren’t. I had to get a babysitter to come to the shop only to find this sign. Disappointing...

Bad customer service. Did the wrong delivery type twice now and won't be going back. Recommend going somewhere else.

Bad customer service by old Asian lady, she obviously doesn't like customers. She don't know lot's of things. I'm not going again.
If I could give zero star I would. Out of curiosity I googled this Kiwibank to see if anyone has experienced the same bad service from that sad miserable looking Chinese woman at the front line. Not to my surprise others feel exactly the same way as I do. She is so unprofessional so rude I wonder why she is still in the job? She has been working there for many years and not been spoken to about her attitudes towards customer? She does not smile no greetings never want to answer to any of your questions incredibly rude. She seriously has issues with people! Management you need to investigate and listen to your customers feedback. There is only one Chinese old woman working there and she is the reason why nobody wants to go back to your business. I am just extremely happy every time I walk in to see her miserable face! She definitely looked like she did not want to be there.
I don't even think it's possible to hire slower staff. One of the ladies forgot her password and had to stop working when there were only 3 tellers on and 12 people in the queue. Unbelievable.
Kiwibank Royal Oak - why aren't you paying attention to the feedback!? The old Chinese lady at this branch obviously dislikes people/customers. This is a reoccurring theme - we are forced to use this branch as it is the only one in the general area, but it is never a pleasant experience when she is the one who 'serves' you.
