Went looking for phone cases & since they have 2 stores in Sylvia Park I went to both. Each store gave me different prices for the same exact phone case. I’ve been back and forth and now we are waiting quite long for the sales person to return back. There’s a sign that says “be back in 15 minutes”, however it’s been much longer.

I went to this shop last weekend to put the screen guard and buy the Phone Case. The lady served me (Supriya) was very helpful and humble. I got it done very quickly with perfection.

This place would have to be the worst place out, DON’T go there, it’s horrible place. I had a screen cover put on my phone 2 Weeks ago and it bubbled, I took it back and they would not replace it. Not to mention it cost 40 and it was plastic. I got a new screen protector replaced in Onehunga for 20 and it was glass and the people were more friendly.

Please do not use their services. They take more than 6 days to tell you what's going on with your devise, then they sent a txt asking you to make contact but they do not answer the phone, I went to the shop three times and the response is the same, the tech team is going to call you, but then your will be is an spinning process.

Poor service and experience. Asked to get camera replaced and asked if I could book in a time to leave my phone with them as I am in need of it for work. Clerk did not understand my request. Constantly asked for deposit first without actioning a booking time. Clearly disorganised place and clerks are not well connected to the runnings of technicians. Have gone else where for better communication and organisation.

This place was a horrible and non-sociable environment, my mum and I had to deal with on numerous occasions following up their promises they DID NOT fulfil, they showed poor customer service as well as human decency to customers. When talking to them on a phone call they would cut me off rather then listening to me. I tried to stay in a calm matter however it was hard since they did not want to listen nor SIMPLY APOLOGISE for a mistake they continually kept on making over the course of my waiting period which turned into a week when I was told it would be a 2-3 working day period! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVERY AGAIN!!!! This service did not show any respect to my mother and I hence why I am saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone!!!!

After 6 months of my phone being repaired, the adhesive that was place on my phones screen to keep it there had no longer keep my screen in place. On that same day I got a glass screen saver and the adhesive for that has lasted long than the adhesive for my phone screen. It was an lcd replacement, also why do they need my pin number to get into my phone for? As well my phone becoming unresponsive on the screen and over heating.
