Good communication which cost us 3K on top of repairs which the subcontractor (and other quotes) charged 3.5K. Subcontractor work was very much to our satisfaction. Paying 3K extra for a few emails was not and left a nasty aftertaste for what would otherwise have been satisfactory service. Shop around for alternatives and competitive quotes as you're bound to stretch your budget for more elsewhere.
