I had some jewellery valued, and the service was impeccable. Incredibly helpful and excellent customer service! So much so, I've gone back to buy earrings and a gold chain. Also feels great to support local businesses.

I took a diamond ring to be sized up one size bigger. They made a mistake writing the instruction for when they sent the ring to be worked on. It came back a size smaller, it was sent away again, now I have been given back the ring but the band is half the width. I am not happy with the job, the previous owner of this business (Christine) would never have let this happen. I will never use them again.
Very happy with the service received when I recently had my ring repaired, pleasant, helpful and sort good workmanship.
Changed a watch battery and had it pressure tested. 7 months later the battery died which I found odd. They claim batteries should last at least a year, one staff member also said that watch batteries only last a year. This was the first time my watch needed a battery change in over 7 years. They checked the watch and said it needed a new battery and still charged me another 10. Their pressure test cost more than most places but I thought this would ensure good quality. I wanted to use them for convenience being born and raised in Onehunga but personally will not be returning.
Dropped by to have a look of their range of Jewelry, and was not disappointed at all. The staff were knowledgeable and offered some information on their products. The range of watches and stones were great. There is also a friendly small dog, which will be sleeping half of the time. It's worth a visit if you're wandering around Onehunga.
Lovely ladies. Very helpful great service. Love seeing the cute dogs especially tiny Lily on the counter in her basket. Too cute.
Over the years have been a regular client of Onehunga Jewellers. Mostly small business but you are always treated to the highest service standards. Eighteen months ago I bought a watch from their store. While recently changing the date the winder came away from watch so, as there was a two-year guarantee in place, I returned it for repair. The store kept me advised on what was happening with repairs and, much to my surprise, after ten days provided me with a brand new watch.
The manager and owner were very friendly and helpful! They extended their expertise to me even if I was just canvassing for prices. They were very welcoming and gave me as much information as I needed
