Noticed on bank statements that I am no longer insured with OnePath. I have not been notified of any cancellation of policy. Someone needs sacking within this company for allowing this to happen, with no notification.

Absolutely gutted to find out today that our policy was canceled due to a credit card expiring. Why would no one call us to get the new card details? We trusted them with our health insurance. We'll be moving back to Southern Cross.
Very good service once you lodge the claim however the time of processing it takes longer due to other institution that are involved. Not so happy with the 0800 call becouse she answered remotely from home very frustrated with conection and no intrest in follow up. If someone is calling for a service it should be served that's why the free line 0800 exist. No my fault she worked remotely from home with background noise. We are here to help each other. This is what is all about nobody wants to be in a position of claiming once we are there it means was not by choice. That's why we need to be considered and kind. Thank you to the case managers they are real professionals I contacted them directly thru the website wich Btw is user friendly.
Be aware of these guys when paying weekly it takes at least two working days to get ur policy canceled after written letter.

A serious lack of communication skills from this company, I rang them to find out why they hadn't taken any payments out. They told me they had cancelled my policy 2 months ago and had not even bothered to give me call. If something had happened to me I wouldn't have been covered! Disgusting service. Find another Insurance Company
Too complicated to cancel a policy, unfriendly.
Their rates are much higher than everywhere else, they don't respond to emails and they keep trying to charge you even after you've cancelled your policy with them.
