Fantastic studio! It’s modern, light, always sparkly clean and best of all an excellent environment to workout in. Becs is super responsive to the needs and requests of clients. The team of instructors are amazing. Very friendly, give options for level and happy to adjust for injuries better yet they’re not afraid to tweak you so you get a better workout. No two classes are the same. Highly recommend.

This Pilates company is really 5 Star. I can't believe the difference the superb, very lovely, and highly skilled instructors are at ONFORM Pilates have made to help me become stronger and leaner. Plus made a really huge improvement in my recovery from both shoulder rotator cuff tears and a foot injury. I feel hugely better than I did 3 months ago, having 2 ONFORM Pilates Reformer classes per week. I am back playing good golf and my golf handicap has dropped heaps! Thank you ONFORM Pilates for your superb classes, really knowledgeable and skilled instructors, who really care. Love the small classes, and beautiful studio too. A joy to be at each class. Keep up the good work, and I hope this review helps others make the great choice to go to ONFORM in Kohi.

The pre-natal classes have been amazing. They are just the right amount of challenge mixed with stretching. The classes have been great to prepare and strengthen my body for having baby. All the team are friendly, welcoming and so supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the classes
