Guy kept mashing on my keyboard buttons on my mac laptop, and then declared it broken. I kept trying to tell him that it was just a suspected backlight issue, but he wouldn't listen. Later that day, I went home and used HDMI adapter and hooked my laptop to an external monitor - it worked (as I'm using it now) and the display showed up as normal on the monitor. Thus, laptop was fine, and as I suspected, it was just a backlight issue. Moreover, I can even faintly see the background on my laptop, so I know it's still working alright.

Giving Oobe 1star seems like a compliment. Had a faulty iPad keyboard needing replacement. Initial appointment was the 3/10/2020, picked up the replacement keyboard this morning after 143days!! Their incompetence is truly outstanding.
Apple official website quoted that battery replacement cost 49, and Oobe is one of the listed authorized repairer. Booked an appointment and when I talk to Oobe's technician i was told its gonna cost more? What a reap off. :(
WORST ELECTRONIC STORE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went here for an insurance claim as the company recommended them, they charged for the claim and DID NOT fix the computer. I then took it back to them where I was told I would have a part replaced to fix the issue - again, NO part was replaced. I went back a third time and they finally replaced a part that had NOTHING to do with the issue and finally for the fourth time they told me they would replace the part once again, I called asking for updates and they said they were just waiting for the part. I finally picked it up and they said NO PART was replaced. I went over a 30 minute drive to pick up and drop off my computer eight times in total and I STILL have NOT got a working computer. WORST ELECTRONIC STORE. Please please please do not support scamming businesses like this, what they are doing is WRONG and should NOT be able to sell Apple products. I have reported them to Apple about this and to my insurance company. Just because they have set up a few people's brand new devices does not give them the credit, again - TERRIBLE PLACE 0/5.
I tool my iMac which was under Apple care to be repaired as the screen stopped working in November 2020. Now in Feb 2021 the exact same problem happened again!!! Today I took it to another Apple certified repair place and they were shocked when they read the report Oobe gave for the repair they did. According to the technician there Oobe only preformed 1 of the 12 test they are supposed to do on a Apple machine that is in for repairs. Then, if that wasn’t bad enough they replaced the standard 16GB ram for 8GB ram for what seems like no reason! I believe that is called STEALING!!! It is horrible how badly Oobe treat their customers. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. I don’t think they deserve to even be a Apple Certified Repair place. Oobe, you guys don’t even deserve to be in business!!! You actually physically stole from a customer!
Have done 10 services here and always excellent services. I've just dealt with Triney and Rajeev, and both were very helpful, and obliging of their time. Would always recommend these guys. Thanks
