Been to many opsms but this one actually offers a cleaning station and some tissues. That is called professional. 2 thumbs up and please keep it up
What a waste of time as store had such a slim range of glasses/sunglasses and the sales person kept suggesting me to go to other stores like Oakley Onehunga & Sunglass Hut to check more variety. Suggest every one to give this OPSM branch a miss as paying for the car park is not at all worth it.
Honestly i am more dissapointed than upset with this store. I went in there today asking for help. I snapped my glasses in half this morning and needed a repair. They were more than willing to take my money but not offer any help. They would not expedite a new pair. It took asking 3 times so see if they had my old frames in stock in any other store. The customer service is lacking terribly in this store. After asking 4 times they finally gave me the name of someone who can HOPEFULLY fix them, but this not guaranteed either. I suggest you use another OPSM rather than this one. They put profits before customers and forget, customers are the only reason they are employed. The people they sent me to were able to give me a fix. Infact they helped straight away. The staff here could learn something about customer service from them.

Really terrible service. It took 4 weeks for glasses to be made and they are premium glasses - 450. The glasses were needed urgently for an elderly neighbour who can hardly see. They then put them on a 3 day courier without advising us that it would take 3 days which with the weekend has now turned into 5 days that they are going to be sitting in the courier depot. Every other single business in Auckland can courier things on the same day if required, especially for an urgent medical item but OPSM Remuera just don't care about their customers or good customer service. They are well aware that the person the glasses are for is elderly, disabled and needed them urgently as he has been a customer of theirs for years. If you email them they don't even bother replying. Worst customer service ever experienced. The woman I dealt with was rude and abrupt and did not even care.

Abysmal customer service! We drove 10km for a scheduled appointment to be told optometrist was away sick. Said they left a message on our phone but NO. No we don't want to come back in 2 days time, we will go elsewhere.
