Only came down for a coffee @ Farros today, but always get side tracked into doing a Basin lap, nice to see the dogs n smell all the fancy perfumes haha, was interviewed by NZTA a few months back after the 2nd upgrade of the cycleway, heaps better than the old one, aesthetically appealing in day & night, & pathway upgrades & landscaping is primo on the southern side, thanks OLB & NZTA. Great walk around the basin. A couple of sets of steep stairs but largely flat.
