After having 10 Appointments over 3 years to have a new pair of custom boots made, I have lost confidence in your ability to get the job done. With that said I am terrified that my last pair of custom made boots that you made will not last much longer. As I don't drive, I am not going to waste my time to use public transport nor am I going to ask my Carers, Family or Friends to drive me in for further Appointments. I am weighing up my options as to what I should next.
Front desk staff are professional, helpful and friendly. You are treated respectfully by the specialists who do the fittings and 'designs' of your required items. The facility is also always clean, neat and welcoming. My one and only gripe is the parking area, but I know that there is nothing that the center can do to actually change that.
Accompanied wheelchair-bound mother. Appointment was booked by specialist via Resthome visit. However, the medical professional was unsure of the specifics of the appointment, indicating notes were unclear or missing. After a few questions from him, a sling for my mother's arm was decided on. There seemed to be a reluctance by the doctor to check if there was a sling and it felt as if we should be grateful that a sling was eventually found on site. Prepping for the appointment should have been made in which to better provide a recommendation or solution for the patient. The logistics of arranging an offsite appointment from the Resthome is not simple. Preparation may have required a reschedule until the purpose of referral was confirmed so as to not have to waste time and resources to visit the clinic. The excuse given is that the clinic is a new, but small, outfit. Whatever the case, service was poor and just a disappointment. A waste of time & resources for such an appointment. I want this feedback to help better the service to future patients.

At my appointments I was given good advice on what shoes to purchase after I was measured on the difference in leg length. My shorter leg is due to severely breaking my femur and 2 rod inserts to get it to heal. Now I have shoes with lifts, I am able to weight beat more evenly, which is helping the final bone growth to occur. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.i will be using this service for a long time forward.
