Faultless from beginning to end. Warm and cozy environment, excellent wait staff, impeccable food. Just brilliant. Thank you again for a great culinary experience.

The staff was friendly and the service was good. I always wondered because the interior and atmosphere were pretty as I walked along the street. I had a meal outside, and the atmosphere was so good, and all the food was delicious !

Second time at Ortolana. Dinner & brunch here. Brilliant service. Superb food. We went back again the next morning. It was superb. Go here. It's lovely.

Nice ambience, very obliging staff. Lunch was professionally handled for our group of 12, and we decided to stick to mains only. Interesting menu with Italian influences, subtle tastes and nicely presented. Slightly difficult to locate thanks to the numerous road works and unexpected 'Street Closed' signs. Well worth persevering though.

Highly recommended. Very friendly and appropriate service. Food is creative. The highlight is hazelnut paste with beef sirloin. I have never tasted before and found it very refreshing. Price is very attractive compared to its overall performance.

Best food I ever had. Menue is small but everything is amazing. Will be back for sure.

Very nice but China for tea needs to be improved. Cups for tea drinking need to be thinner as thick China cups make the drinking of teas far less pleasurable.

Beautiful ambience and food. The server we had was VERY rude though. We went in during a busy Saturday during brunch with friends so the service can be quite slow. But for a server to tell you upfront that "If I want to be serviced, I have to wait" is downright rude and inappropriate. The manager was quite apologetic though.
