A large and well used community library. Helpful staff and superb selection of printed materials.
Great customer service experience here. Came in 1 minute before closing, like a chump, but the team were still helpful and friendly. When they found out I only had an e-membershp, Aidan was very professional in explaining why I had to change my membership and issued me a card; meanwhile his colleague went off to find the book. When it couldn't be found on the shelf, Aidan remembered it was a recent return and exactly what it looked like, making the process so much easier. 5 mins after turning up I was on my way with an exciting new book to read. Quick and easy.

Lots of great books. Helpful kind staff. Great space!! Oh and they have groups for all ages. And there's a piano as well.

We moved to wellington. Before we go, we found my account shows an returned book. We looked fore everywhere, but cannot find it. We went to the library told the clerk, she asked us to go home and look for it again. We request looking in the library, then a stuff found it.
