Great service. Walked in and a lady walk up to me and asked what i was looking for. Chelsea, she is the manager. Personal service. Was great even though it was only for a pink book bag! Great. Will go there again!

Slow unhelpfu and no sense of urgency: This shop always seems under staffed they all move so slowly, to much casul talking from staff and not enough working the lines are always long its really frustrating hearing so much chit chat at the counters while people wait , there is one lady whos good at her job there shes tall and has shoulder length brown hair very lovley lady gets the job done quickly the rest just look like they have all checked out.

I have used browns bay postal services twice now & my experience has been nothing I would rave about. No customer service skills here. The young man is helpful but the older lady with short darker curly hair (sorry I don’t no her name) was very pushy, rude & has horrible service skills. This lady has no idea what she is doing & takes half an hour to process one package. I try to avoid her when in store & I recommend to avoid her.
