Often go in this store to purchase lotto and puzzles. Today I went in to purchase both. Grabbed the Wasjig puzzle first but noticed it was priced more than the other Wasjig's. Took it up to counter to enquire why and was advised it was because it was the latest in the series. So for 3.00 in pricing, they lost a sale in puzzles and Lotto. Now I know they do this, won't purchase here again. Hard to shop local and support their business when they retail in this manner!!

This shop is a very good bookstore and all sorts of other needs, including the Postshop and lotto, been in Howick a long time. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful so no need to leave Howick to go to a book and stationary shop, if they don't have it the will get it promptly.
