Really Happy with customer service at paper plus Onehunga. I went to buy a paper cutter and it was 130 and I only needed it for 1 use. Staff there recommended me to hire their shop one for 20 a day hire. I was sick for days and couldn't return it , when I went back they didn't ever charge me any extra due to my situation. 5 stars from me
Horrible customer service. Two staff were too busy having a conversation with friend to serve us at the counter waiting to pay. Also didn't put our bought in a bag rather we had to ask them to put it in a bag.
Wrongly priced book. Should’ve sold it to me for marked price but staff refused to. Can’t access children’s area with a pram cos of the stairs.
