I purchased a71 through this website. After payment was made, they were informed that this was a hot deal and I had to wait 7-12 days (working day). After 4 days (Working Day), I required tracking number, but there was no answer, and after 10 days, they were contacted me to wait for another 19 days. I thought I had waited long enough, and I couldn't wait for the 19 days more, so I asked for a refund. and they were agree. but after 5 days (Working Day) i could not get my refund, so I asked them when can i get my money but they don't reply 2 more days. their customer service is worst. they don't reply e-mail and massage. do not trust this web site. after buy they can say you need to wait long days like this. I paid my money 2/feb but till today(25/feb) i haven't get my refund or my phone and they are ignoring my e-mail
