We had a really good experience parking here while we nipped down to the south island. The parking felt secure and we had no trouble while we were away. The bus that drops you to the airport was really easy and convenient. Would Happily use this service again.

The bus driver saw me just a few meters from the bus but ignored me and drove away. Disgraceful!
Great price & easy online booking service. You know where you stand as far as transfers to the airport goes as they have regular departure times. Bus stop marked clear for return. Driver had masks to give out as people as we were in level 2 requiring masks. Massive carpark so plenty of space and great to have the extra option like express parking. Very secure. I love that your car will not be moved. You park it yourself and keep your keys. Only glitch is there was NOONE around at the desk if you had questions - hence the dropped star.
Worst experienced I've ever had, buses here have apparently been cancelled but there is no notice anywhere? There was no one at reception and calling the emergency line had someone telling us to hold on then would no longer pick up the phone. Almost caused my family and I to lose our flight
As you sit waiting for a bus in the wee hours of the morning it’s comforting to know that there are bathrooms just metres away. Thank you for your service.
One of the most bs experiences, we arrived at 4:45am for a 6am flight expecting to have a ride to the airport. However, after trying to read the confusing signage we found the first run to the airport was not until 6am. (Which is not going to work...) So we tried get an Uber but we’re unable to get out of the place as there is no person exits. Then they charged us 5 to get the car out so we could rush out to get to our flight.
Was a great place to park out car for a week and take the free bus to the airport. Hassle free.
Fast, efficient, easy to use, very friendly, cheap and convenient. Everything one would want for such a service.
