Shona !!! You are amazing !!! Thank you for your service and your communication was on point. I lost Mum during Covid19 2020 and the headstone was prepared for March 2021. I only ever saw the layout in black and white but this Saturday the 20th of March we had the unveiling and the headstone was beautiful everyone took photos and commented on how beautiful it was. Even though the 7 day lockdown hit you still kept in contact and helped make this day happen. Forever grateful. Go team P&B !!! YES YES YES to all the questions in the email, hehe . Kristiana Taia

Our whanau cannot rate the service from Shona at the Papatoetoe Branch high enough. Shona was amazing. Initially there was no availability for the date we needed. Shona kept us informed along the way in the hopes a place would open up. And it did, two days before Christmas shut down. Shona worked with us to get everything signed off to our satisfaction. Including picking up on little details we wouldn’t have known to look for. The team at the factory were amazing. Giving us solid advice on how to place the stone and the right type of glue required. Totally recommend the team at Parkinson and Bouskill, they all made our day run that much smoother. Thank you to you all.

Shona made my experience seamless, her service was over and beyond to say the least. Her communication was amazing, her attention to detail and her helpful advice was very much appreciated. Every time I went into the office to make a payment or ask a question she was always busy but cleared her desk every time and gave me her full attention. Was the process straight forward? - Initially yes but the final result wasn't good, it was appalling actually. Some feedback - you guys should let families or customers have access to the graphics department, stone making procedures or to the production process just so people get an understanding and communication is clearer between everyone. Also a quality check from an authorized person would be beneficial. Also for families to check the headstones finalities before an unveiling takes place, just incase the final result is not up to standard. Did our service meet your expectations? - Shona was awesome, helped us through the process, explained anything we wanted to know and made sure we were taken care of. Are you satisfied with the finished memorial - No. The final product was disappointing, there was paint everywhere, smudges, paint on words. The pictures did not match what we asked for. Workmanship was dissatisfying. In saying so, Parksinon and Bouskil did rectify the problems but this shouldn't have happened and could've been avoided.

im writing a review as i purchased a headstone from them was the process straight forward? yes the process was straight forward and easy to do did our service meet your expectations? yes everything that i wanted on the headstone was how i wanted it so yes you's did meet my expectations are you satisfied with the finished memorial? yes i am very satisfied as the headstone is exactly what i wanted and was completed way ahead of time which was also a bonus as i didnt have to stress about the headstone not being completed on time i gave yous a rating of 5 stars because everything i wanted was on the headstone and was completed on time
