I have always received excellent service from both doctors and staff.

I have been a patient for over a year and my dissatisfaction with the service just keeps growing. It started when the clinic was literally making me wait 1 hour each time EVERY SINGLE TIME for my appointments, which were always scheduled in advance. I'm a busy professional with a little baby, but even if I wasn't, such disregard for the value of my time is pure disrespect. I have to say, I have no problems with both of the doctors, once I actually get to see them. Another major was when I called to extend my iron prescription. I subsequently got charged 20 for it, but was not informed about this charge at the time of call (I would not have agreed to such overpriced service). Let's just say I'm looking for a new practice to move my son and myself to.
Both Dr Budelmann and Dr Mascher are excellent GP’s, providing high quality health care. Dr Budelmann speaks to my young children gently and puts them at ease. I happily drive the 50 minutes from my home to go to this practice.
Needed a prescription for an inhaler, was told there were 2 free slots for appointments during the day. But was turned away because they want to keep these free in case their 'current' customers want to make an appt. "Sorry I cant help you"

Visited this practice today for an injection for painful Carpel Tunnel. Dr Budelmann flatly refused to give an injection, instead blaming the pain on something else. Despite the fact I have had two episodes of Carpel Tunnel in the past and received injections both times by other doctors, Dr Budelmann's solution today was to write a letter. Also, despite having access to medical records from both previous doctors with regard to Carpel Tunnel, Dr Budelmann refused to read them. On top of this, he blamed previous long appointments with him, on me! So, in the words of Sam Diem who left a review, "I won't be wasting my time and my money anymore. NEXT!"
My wife and kids go here. Whilst the doctors are knowledgeable and good to deal with, I do find their pricing on the expensive side and the appointments are never ever on time which is a problem for me personally as my schedule has little room for deviation due other patients' need to talk and talk past their appointment time... My own doctor sees me at the precise time of the appointment and forces me to book multiple slots if i have a lot of issues to discuss (and I pay half the price of this place) which works better for me, but overall a good GP if appointment times and the rates are not a super priority.
