I attended Pasa 2012-2013 sadly leaving half way through Yr 8 when my parents moved us out of Auckland. I learnt more in that 1 1/2 years and developed more confidence in myself than any of my other years of school. Mostly due to having the best teacher Mr Gore. I know he left not long after I did and I forever grateful that I attended while he was there.

I think this school was one of the best 2 years of my life. I understand that there are some bad reviews about this school, but those were written 2 years ago. This school now has a new principal and great education. Ot was awesome to make new friends. If you plan on coming to this school, I really recommend it

I sent my child here because we thought it would be a better school to deal with her social anxiety. Turns out, within days she was coming home telling us about her new friends . Her friends and teachers helped her out so much, and we also discovered that she was starting to get better in every aspect of her learning. I recommend this school to any adults.

Deeply upset by the owners attitude, sold me some eggs past the used by date which I tried to return. He then swore at me under his breath as I left the store, me or my family will not support this business in future.

Terrible. I was a student last year and it was the worst 2 years ever. Once high school hits, you become stupid because we didn't learn ANYTHING. During most intermediates you'd expect to get prepared for high school (like learning different subjects, work becomes more challenging and moving around classes and teachers.) Nope. The teacher I had Miss Pearton had just come out of Uni and had no control over the classroom. She also had some unprofessional things to say about me which weren't necessary. The principal only cared about the boys and had nothing to offer for the girls (and boys) who don't like playing sports. Friendship wise it was also terrible. There was a huge amount of bullies coming in and leaving the school. Not a great environment for anybody to be around. Example my first year there was a full on punch up on the field. Considering Point Chevalier to be a great area I'd expect a much better school. This school NEEDS desperate improvement but unfortunately I can't see that happening anytime soon. I wasted two years learning nothing and now I'm struggling in high school. They care so much about sports and Maori education that they don't put the core subjects first. Please if you are considering sending your child here or your a student coming here. Don't. Unless your sporty and don't want to have any other career in life other than sports, or if you simply want to become stupid then this is a great school.

Our son went here and we found the school to be excellent. The principle and teachers are really committed to the kids and there's great support for any issues on a personal basis or in the wider school. We're sending our daughter here too, because we loved it so much.

Look, it was good for making friends, but personally I did not learn anything. I think going to this school its like buying a lottery ticket. If you're lucky you might get a good teacher, if not well, rip. And another thing that disappointed me was how Pasadena Intermediate completely ignored the two minutes of silence on the 22/03/2019. It was rude, and disrespectful. I'm there standing with the rest of my school in silence while we reflect on what has happened so far and all I hear is screaming and laughing from Pasadena during what was supposed to be two minutes of giving respects to those who have lost their life and those who have lost their loved ones. I understand this may be a sensitive topic but honestly it's something I think should be voiced. The teachers and staff and the principle at Pasadena Intermediate, I think you should rethink what you teach your students and how you do things.

It was good for making friends but i did not really learn anything new. The teachers are really mean and they dont care about kids being bullied. This school did not set me up for High School and made me dumb :( Never go here.
