Amazing customer service, have helped me all the way through setting up my business. People leaving negative reviews with employee names included should be ashamed, this kind of thing has real world consequences for them. You are only ruining peoples opportunities in their lives, really disappointed to see small business owners act this way just to poke back for their own mistakes.

I wish I could give them less than a star and I would still be dissapointed. Contacted them to close the account in Nov. They advised that I should call bank, did it straight away. They did not receive confirmation well into Dec and then charged me for the whole month. Mitch was asking me to call the Merchant bank to credit my Invoice from them. Waste of time and effort. Mitch did not care and kept repeating "Again" as I told you before. Pathetic. Seriously no regard for someone who was with them for over 3 years and 9 years in total. Atleast try dude, it will give you some credability. Edited to add: And, an hour after my review, I see a 5 star rating for "Mitch" Laughable attempt to save themselves. Try to give better service instead of playing these games.
