Shout out to the 'click and collect' staff member, whom responded to my request for assistance. The one and only staff at the service counter, appeared to be deeply involved with another customer. Several times I have bought items from this branch. The store has a conveyer belt atmosphere. I have always had the feeling that I am less than welcome there and the sales people are doing me a favour by serving me.

This is a pb tech express store where there is no showroom. Just a counter in front of a large warehouse. If you know what you want you can do a web click and collect order else order at the counter to get your goods picked while you wait

Absolutely disappointed with the service!! I bought the Microsoft Surface laptop 3 last friday (27/11/2020). After installing the Microsoft Office, I realise its not working. I had tried reset the pc, update the software, uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Office, it's still not working. I decided to go back the store and ask it. One staff serve me nicely and advise me those steps that I tried before. But I trust his professional, then I bring the laptop home and try it again. Unfortunately, the Microsoft Office still not working in the laptop. As a consumer, the first thing I think about is bring it back to the store either fix it or ask for exchange/refund. I went back the store and meet the same guy then told him the story. He said I have to call Microsoft, because it is not their problem. Then I said I bought the laptop here why not come back here? I want to do either exchange or refund! He said I can't do exchange or refund as it is not hardware failures. I mean who knows the problem, it can be hardware problem! Moreover, there are the exchange and refund policy in Pb Tech website stated that consumer can change the product within 7 days whatever reason is!

Received great service at this store. Had to return a modem which was not compatible with my home set up. Quick and easy process even though I had purchased the item using Humm. Head office quickly refunded humm and sorted everything out for me easily. Bravo

Friendly helpfully staff and reasonable prices about the only good thing about this store. The title tech express is just an excuse to provide very little customer service. Unless you know what you what from their web site don't bother going there. Also web products shown available in store are luckily to be out of stock. Big disappointment overall.
