Well as we all know, PB Tech is where you go for a reasonable deal. It's just waiting for a staff member to ask a question is the issue, but overall that's it. When you get to talk with someone there they are always very knowledgeable.

Usually pretty good pricing here, although front desk customer service leaves some to be desired. Brought an ex-lease laptop from here and was very disappointed, they are advertised as "A-Grade" ex lease which is a generally accepted as very good physical condition with slight marks from use. What I received is what I would consider a B Grade (B Grade being noticeable marks with non-structural cracks on the body and minor scratches on the LCD) or even C Grade. There was cracks in the top lid, heavy wear and scuffing of the edges, with a large chip in the corner, the LCD had damaged pixels and the battery health was at 79%. I took the laptop back and had to go through all their stock on hand of that ex lease laptop until I could find one acceptable to take home, the others had damaged pixels, and cracked lids, with scuffing around the chassis. I can only assume they get away with advertising as A-Grade because people just accept that what they are given is in fact A-Grade when it is not, so please BE AWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY AN EX LEASE FROM PB TECH, OPEN UP THE BOX IN THE CAR OR IN STORE AND DON'T TAKE IT HOME UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU ONE THAT IS IN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION.

Helpful staff. Prices are on point. As others mentioned, one particular lady at the front desk can be grumpy some days and friendly on other days. I buy everything from this store as they have fantastic selection.

Once upon a time this PB Tech store was a smaller place with a some electronic goodies available at a reasonable price. It's grown a bit over the years in every dimension: these days they offer a seriously extensive range of electronic products and services, are staffed by knowledgeable people who are happy to assist if you ask, and they have a very good Web presence. If I had to choose the one thing that I really like about PB Tech it's that they have not forgotten they are 'Traders' at heart. This means that from time to time they have great deals on some products. So best to keep your eyes open for these when you pick your time to go shopping for electronic kit.

Had to look for someone to help dont like going into these shops so intimidating. We had done our homework got what we wanted. Easy sale for the guy. In and then out.

Always good but had issue with in car charger as it didnt work. Replaced without question but could have done without the time taken to return it and an apology would have been good, a smile even!

Efficient staff and had the stock levels needed. Prices not too bad for what I was after either. Significantly better service and stock levels than their competition on the Glenfield area.
