What an uninviting store. Went in and was told to remove my cap.. bizaare request from a store on 2020?? Like seriously??? I felt embarrassed and will never effin come back!!

The guy working here did not help create a safe environment. Took out the toy we were purchasing and put his hands all over it. Not a good experience.

Generally very helpful staff. A fair amount of choice. Interesting to find parking on k’rd but plenty parking buildings in the area if you’re will to do a short walk

Horrible experience. My boyfriend was shopping cause I did not feel enough comfortable to go into the store. After that he bring a few things which I wasn’t happy with. So we returned some of them back straight away and after 10 minutes talking to staff we got a voucher of 120 which we’re never going to use! I do understand that they don’t wanna get used things back but we returned it after 5 minute so I don’t understand why we didn’t get money back if we spent over 300!!!

It was my 14th birthday and my parents took me here. Everything was odd and didn't really fascinate me at all. I saw a stack of flammable toys and decided to ignite this plaza. One flick of the science room matches and this place just implodes. Turns out there were heaps of gas containers around me and out back which resulted in everyone getting blown away. I struggled to find my parents after the explosion but at least i was okay. A few scratches from the shrapnel of every object in the store but nothing a good bath cant fix. I don't know why the police didn't investigate anything but probably because they haven't been able to catch up
