Hi There, I just wanted to write and give the best possible feedback in regards to what Paul Davis has managed to do with my back problem that goes back 20-30 years. After the initial assessment Paul gave me a lot of core and gluten strengthening exercises, and within two to three weeks I started to feel a lot better. I can now after 3-4 months honestly say that I'm completely convinced about the huge benefits that all the Pilates exercises that Paul has done with me and I'm starting my reformer classes this week. I can again run...which is my favourite type of exercise and I'm looking forward to have Pilates an essential part of my weekly fitness regime. So a Big Thank You Paul!!!! Cheers Kim

I was stock on my bed for 4 month with a severe back pain due to an work injury. After a lot of exams, pain meds, and not seeing any improvement, January this year I started to see Neal twice a week. Now (April), I could stop all my medications, I could start work again and I am feeling more strong then ever! I thank you so much for all the support, physically and mentally (because there is no way that you could feel pain for such a long time and don't feel like cr@p)! 10/10

I have had a great experience with Peak Physio. Very professional and knowledgeable around all areas of my shoulder rehab. If you have a sports injury I couldn’t recommend Neal Fraher highly enough.

The Peak Pilates Next Gen Team (in particular Paul Davis) have provided excellent Physiotherapy over the last 18 months for the various ongoing injuries I have from 30 years of a mainly sedentary work environment. This has consisted of constructive strengthening and stretching programmes for long term health and wellness benefits. The introduction to Pilates has been awesome and has contributed to a much stronger core and body overall.

Hannah is a serious wonder and after only a couple of appointments she has managed to get me sorted and pain free. I had hurt my lower back and stomach muscles shifting large sails in a constricted space so I was worried I had caused permanent damage. Fortunately Hannah's skilful hands and professional advice meant that I could then enjoy a great 3 weeks of sailing with no pain or any problems whatsoever. Brilliant.

I have had the honor of being treated by peak palates physiotherapist Emma Jonson. Emma is a senior physio that "just knows"...! I presented to Emma with frozen shoulder and was quickly through the xray, cat scan, shoulder specialist system. Emma being "just a physio" had diagnosed my shoulder absolutely perfectly. Emma treated me and being a 'strength trainer' helped me to sort my shoulder out; with many laughs. I highly recommend Emma if you are looking for an excellent first class Physiotherapist. Thank you Emma...!

Neal has been treating me for a shoulder fracture injury. I was referred by another family member who is a client. We have made great progress. We have worked hard with free weights and all other equipment Peak Pilates have available. The one hour appointment has expediated progress. Neal is patient, professional and friendly like all the staff there. Highly recommend.

I wish to express my gratitude and thanks to Neal Fraherer, Physiotherapist for guiding and managing my treatment for a ligament tear in my right hand. Neal set about a gradual increase in my rehabilitation of carefully building up the weight and tempo of movement as well as showing me a range of exercises with weighs to further build up flexibility and strength. My background in sport is varied and thorough having played both rugby and rugby league as well as a lengthy spell at rowing starting as a coxswain in ithe fifties to rowing by the age of 14 for the Auckland Rowing Club and school. My last rowing race was in 1982 when I rowed in the sixth seat senior eight for the University of Western Australia. Inclusive of this I have over 50 years in the Martial Art of Karate Do where I hold a number of black belts and am certified and registered with the All Japan karate Do Association, and ( IKO ) International Karate Organisation since 1969. So I have had my share of injuries and believe I have a sound barometer in which to base my judgment in acknowledging the the fine work which I have experienced from Neal Fraher of Peak Pilates. Cheers, Graham Shaw
