When visiting my sister in Auckland i found this company in vet search. Excellent service including an appointment that day. They were very thorough and thankfully found cause of my dogs distress and we went home confident with appropriate medication and now dog happy and i am happy. Check them out

Fab service and aftercare for pets. Looked after my dog well. Have been going here for years. You can tell that everyone working there love animals. Always get wonderful service and good intro puppy school classes.

Pet Doctors in Howick were so helpful in level 3 lockdown when my cat was beaten up by another cat. they were very gentle with him and caring. Was so grateful they could fit us in and get him on the road to recovery. Really took amazing care to learn his history and offer appropriate medications.
It's difficult to review. The veterinarian and nurse who attended home call out were absolutely great, 5 star. Sadly we had to put down our favourite labrador that day. When my partner visited the clinic following day to pay part of significant bill, she dealt with the most difficult, unpleasant, emotionless and unprofessional team leader/receptionist I come across in a long time. My partner left in tears when was asked "where is the dog now..."?- READ the notes at front of you! Really dreadful experience.

Have had wonderful service from Pet Doctors Botany, helping us care for our elderly cats health during this challenging year. Great communication during non contact visits and our pets health and energy has really improved as we have followed the care plan and advice from the vet.
