Fantastic warm and compassionate staff. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful little Pug cross Poppy, my first contact Emma was so kind and understanding and Dr Glenn Frazer was so thorough, direct but equally compassionate all the way through, Poppy was in good hands during her last few moments to the point that I'm sure I saw a little smile on her beautiful little face. Thank you team.

So sad today we needed to put our beautiful Chocolate Labrador down today. The Vet and the Nurses at the Pet Doctors Manurewa were so so caring, thoughtful and offered us so much help and sympathy. Bailey went to sleep so peacefully.
Glen is amazing. You can tell he really loves his job and cares for animals. Always explains what and why and answers all my questions. Vet nurses are always lovely and welcoming.
Dr Glenn Fraser is the most thorough and helpful veterinary doctor I have taken my dogs to. Dr Glenn Fraser is an asset to the team and I'll continue taking my mini pack back to him to make sure they receive the ongoing care and love he gives them. My dogs don't like the idea of a vet clinic just as much as I hate seeing my own dentist however Dr Glenn Fraser tries to create a calm and caring environment for them each time. 10/10
