Went in with my golden retriever puppy today to pick up some treats. He was a little scared but usually when we walk through the doors of a pet store he gets some treats and pats from the workers. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this Petstock. There were two young girls working at the counter that barely looked up from their phones and didn't bother to say hello, ask if we needed anything, or needed any help. We went in during a sale to save 20% on our treats but with this negative experience we will be going to the animates next door in future - we would rather spend the extra 2 and get good service and training experience than be judged when walking in with a scared puppy.

Way better customer service than Hollywood fish farm. Friendly staff. Nice tidy pet store hard to find in the town. Strongly recommend to all animal lovers.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR! I was fooled by all the good comments. this was my puppys first haircut and I wanted it to look good. But when I went there the lady that was getting his hair she ruined his hair in some places it was long and some place it was to short it was very uneven I told her what I wanted before she started but she had no idea. I booked a full groom and to get his nails cut but she forgot to cut his nails and I had to go back and ask to get his nails cut once I left. if your looking to get ur pet groomed don't come here

I wish I could put ZERO stars. My partner came into petstock today while I was in warehouse stationary, and one of the young workers asked him if he was looking to buy something, just browsing or if is he looking to STEAL something! Appreciate the boss making her apologize but it is very insulting to come back to the car and hear that someone had the nerve to openly ask my partner that. It makes me wonder why he was asked that? is it because he is pacific islander? is it because of the way he was dressed? is it because hes a male? is it the way he looked? tell me why it is ever okay to openly say that to someone. She may have said sorry, but I hope shes sorry enough to know that what she said was WRONG.
