Needed a warrant of fitness as discovered mine had expired. Usually go to VTNZ but they keep ramping up the price so popped into Phoenix. They quoted 40, did it straight away and took under 30 minutes. Great value and service. I was confident my car had no faults but would always be wary of taking an older car to a business with a vested interest in failing something unnecessarily rather than VTNZ

Cheap isn’t always good Have been using this service for quite a while for regular maintenance and WOF and have always been satisfied. Fast , always available and cheap . But today have quite an unpleasant experience. Had to go there with the 3 month baby not only for maintenance , but also to change tyres. Booked the same day on the phone . That was my first time when I was changing tyres , I didn’t know that there is a special key to unlock the wheel. The worker called me and said they couldn’t find the key in the car . And advised to go check with the official car representative. I went a long way to this service and I had to change them today , as it was dangerous to drive . When I arrived to the representative, they found the key inside and actually saved me some money . I came back to the car shop and spent another 20 mins there with the crying baby :( when I said that the service wasn’t quite good , I got quite a rude reply in return . So if you in a situation , when you need a bit more care as a customer ..I believe that won’t be the place Very disappointed and won’t go there again

I've been coming here for a while to get any car stuff done. WOF, oil change, trans oil - never had a job done poorly nor overpriced. Always fast and great genuine service!
