A large store with everything a photographer/cinematographer could ever need. I could spend hours browsing the stores products. Store has plenty of 35mm film which I shoot at a good price and have a great service for film development and scanning options, I am a happy continuously returning customer.

Rather big store with variety of products. I visit them very often for my photography needs. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Huge amount of accessories such as bags and straps. They also have studio lighting equipment. However the price is not competitive.

When i went to the store to drop off my disposable cameras to get them developed to hard copies, the time frame originally advised was not met by the store, it took almost twice the time. However, when I called about the status of this, the Store Manager was apologetic and sorted it out as I got the prints the next working day. So special shout to the Store Manager Graeme as he also provided me a fair and reasonable deal in return which I was very thankful for.

They are not willing to follow the warrenty and censused me dropped camera on the ground which did not ever happen. And i am trying to find out whether they sold me a renewed camera or not, because there is glue between the screws and screen.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Graeme was able to answer all our questions and offered answers to questions we didn't even think of. Was very knowledgeable on the cameras we went in to look at and was able to make comparisons for us based on what we needed the camera for. Great after sales service offered also
